Mission:

The start of the year for the ALH Group marked a moment of transition: a new board member, a market in flux, and around 470 attendees asking, “Where are we heading this year?” Our challenge was to shape this moment of new beginnings and transition whilst also communicating the key priorities for the new financial year. The aim was to find a setting that would literally move people, create a powerful metaphor for the challenges of our time, and transform uncertainty into pure energy.

Solution:

Our guiding principle didn’t stem from a brief, but from the reality of our target audience: sales is a rollercoaster. The emotional ups and downs, high speed, constant twists and turns – and the courage to get back on again and again. This led to a location that is more than just a backdrop, but a genuine statement: Europark Rust became our ‘Sales Theme Park’ and the stage for a real emotional rollercoaster ride that really got under your skin.The Confertainment Centre became a hub of transformation: our journey began with the themes of AI, agility and digital sovereignty. We used the setting, with its historic rides and fairground atmosphere, as a themed trail that combined content with hands-on experiences. The image of the rollercoaster not only served as a recurring theme throughout the day, but also became a reality during the lunch break. Two of the park’s rides were reserved exclusively for the approximately 470 participants. And it was precisely here that we really felt what it’s all about: experiencing genuine excitement and sharing moments that bring us together and stay with us forever.

Success:

This JAT was more than just a kick-off to the year – it was an emotional journey that will stay with us in our minds and hearts. The rollercoaster became a symbol of the challenges and opportunities in sales. It brought home what change means and how important trust, leadership and team spirit are for navigating every bend safely.

“Pulse of Success” became our shared guiding principle: keeping our finger on the pulse of our customers, ready to act at the right moment, driven by motivation, energy and passion. 470 participants enjoyed a day that combined strategy and emotion, and which made it clear that those who set out together will also arrive together.
