Mission:

Knuspr brings the best food from supermarkets and farm shops directly to your home. We want even more people in the Munich area to acquire a taste for Knuspr's delicious food and convince the target group of its quality, freshness and flavour with an eye-catching promotional campaign away from online channels. How can we bring Knuspr to life and appeal to new customers?

Solution:

Emotions are the real drivers of purchasing decisions, because shopping is all about trust. We like the good feeling when strolling through the weekly market or visiting a farm shop. We want to combine this feeling with a Knuspr brand experience and develop a promotional campaign that is a real treat: The "Knuspr Farmers Market Roadshow" is a transformed horse-drawn transport trailer. Here we invite passers-by in the city centre to enjoy a special sample from the Knuspr range: fresh bread, dairy products, vegan treats and small appetisers. For 4 weeks, we are travelling with the "Hofladen on Tour" at various touchpoints in and around Munich and bring knuspr.de to life.

Success:

Around 2,500 visitors enjoyed the delicious variety of products at our mobile Farmers Market: With coffee and oven-fresh pretzels, the visitors tasted the Knuspr range, got to know the products and producers and were able to make their first Knuspr purchase with free credits. Our mobile Farmers Market was a crowd-puller - the loving design, quality and freshness of the products, as well as the large selection, generated a lot of enthusiasm. As a result, we were able to persuade almost a third of visitors to place their first order and create a Knuspr account. Welcome to the Knuspr community!
