Mission:

Wanted: an innovative digital event format that encourages all employees to participate and makes the new digital sales strategy tangible. The second edition of the digital annual kick-off should exceed the high expectations and involve the employees throughout the entire event day.

Solution:

Every good strategy needs a solid foundation and space for important topics. That is why we have given Alte Leipziger - Hallesche's new sales strategy a digital home - the JAT House. Each room is occupied by a focus topic. Weeks before the event, the interaction of the participants fills individual rooms of the digital event platform with content. At the live event, the JAT House will open its doors as a livestream event location. 20 actors in front of the camera bring the house to life in a historic event location in Munich. Social media and influencers in sales? On! And in the "youth room" of the JAT House. In the "work room", "New Work" in the company is on the agenda. In the "living room", take a look at the future of sales together with exciting speakers. Camera and moderator Aljoscha Höhn take the participants into the different areas, creating a unique live dynamic.

Success:

603 minutes of content in the livestream, around 450 viewers nationwide and over 1,000 votes cast underline the success of the concept. The digital JAT House will remain as a virtual meeting place - and is already collecting topics and ideas for the next annual kick-off conference.
