How can we take this brand promise on the road with a charming live-campaign and get as close as possible to our direct contacts?

Solution:

We give HR teams a little break! When the temperatures soared in summer, we placed a specially developed ice-cream bike directly in front of the HR departments of potential customers and invited them to take a little refreshment break. The good news spread like wildfire - the queue at the ice cream bike grew longer and longer. Equipped with delicious flavours of ice cream, the offices of start-ups, companies and coworking spaces opened up to our Personio promotion team almost by themselves.

Success:

Our Personio ice cream roadshow melted the hearts of HR professionals all over the country. We were eagerly awaited in many offices. At each stop, we sent 50 to 200 people into a "little vacation on ice". The state-of-the-art Personio ice cream bike attracted a lot of attention and made the rounds as a photo motif on social media. A refreshing brand presence that charmingly showcased the brand and brought the brand promise directly to the target group.
