Mission:

Microsoft Inspire is the largest global partner conference. Since 2020, the event has been held as a global hybrid event with local live implementation. The challenge: to turn Inspire at Microsoft headquarters in Munich into a unique event for the partner community. Microsoft partners should be inspired and activated - not just as participants, but actively shaping the program as part of the global Microsoft partner network. How do we combine eagerly awaited presentations of new Microsoft AI tools, updates and products with an emotional framework for active appreciation, partnership and networking?

Solution:

The Art of Inspiration - discovering the secret of inspiration together. Our holistic event concept combines a creative design approach with gamification and artistic live staging. A colorful partner marketplace with temporary exhibition modules and international culinary stations is being created in the atrium of the Microsoft Germany headquarters. We are designing various attractive sponsorship packages for this. Over delicious smoothies, at an ice cream and power boost bar and at networking stations, guests quickly get into conversation and make valuable connections. In this way, we create a perfect balance between digital content, live sessions and interactive networking.

Success:

We are inspired! In an increasingly digitalized world, personal interaction is of inestimable value. To this end, we created a setting full of inspiration: artist Gabriel Holzner created a live work of art on the theme of "Togetherness" in front of the guests. This claim runs through the entire day. The emotional highlight is the presentation of the "Partner of the Year Awards". Inspire in Munich was therefore not only a place of inspiration and collaboration, but also the start of new partnerships and opportunities for the future.
